Whistleblowers often face threats and reprisal at the hands of the organization or group in which they have identified malfeasance; sometimes they face reprisal from organizations tied to the corrupt entity, and sometimes from law enforcement and government.
|A WHISTLEBLOWER is a brave person who exposes official misconduct or dishonest, dangerous or illegal activity occurring in government, companies & corporations, or in any organization. The misconduct identified may be a violation of law, rule, or regulation, and may be a direct threat to public interest as due to fraud, health and safety violation, ethical practice, or political or professional corruption.
Whistleblowers may attempt to report their allegations internally to administrators in the failing organization, but are often frustrated by corrupt internal cultures. They then must turn outside, to regulators, law enforcement agencies, the media, and to other entities concerned with issues such as The Foundation for the Child Victims of the Family Courts.
Blowing the whistle on wrong-doers is an important American tradition, a vital check and balance to the corrupting power of money, influence and indifference.

USWHISTLEBLOWER.ORG reflects the moral responsibility of whistleblowing, and is a forum for those who have identified corruption and malfeasance in The System and need to expose it, protecting vulnerable populations when The Powers That Be have turned a blind eye.
USWHISTLEBLOWER.ORG specifically addresses the often overlooked issues of malfeasance, corruption and abuses in the Family Court systems and Social Service entities of the States, regarding our most vulnerable populations: the children.
USWHISTLEBLOWER.ORG exposes the dark side of “child protective services”, and the lucrative child-warehousing system in America, as evidenced by the $$ MULTI-BILLION foster care, adoptive, institutionalization, and Family Court systems now in place, which horribly exploit America’s children and our social ills.

FOR MEDIA RELEASE, December 18, 2014
New Social Media Web Platform for Whistleblowers Announced
A new website, http://www.uswhistleblower.org, has been created by the national not-for-profit Foundation for the Child Victims of the Family Courts to facilitate the publication of new articles and posts by whistle blowers about a wide range of controversial topics that need immediate airing to expose official corruption, dangerous practices and malfeasance in America.
New York- A new website, www.uswhistleblower.org has been created to facilitate the publication of new, anonymous but vetted articles and posts by whistle blowers about a wide range of controversial topics that need immediate airing to expose official corruption, dangerous practices and malfeasance in America. The website, the brainchild of the child advocacy organization The Foundation for the Child Victims of the Family Courts, has begun to publish articles on the website, and is now accepting articles from the public.
For over a century, whistleblowing has been a vital element in the checks and balances of American political and economic life, exposing corruption and illegality in the system, too frequently overlooked or suppressed by official authorities. Idealistic insiders who come across evidence of foul practices in business, politics, the military, in non-profits and religious organizations, and in the judicial system must have platforms where they can air their grievances and expose corruption to the public. Whistleblowers are often shunned by their colleagues, are retaliated against by their institutions, and even have their lives threatened. The US Whistleblower website pledges to publish new information and to strictly maintain the privacy and anonymity of those whose information is published.
Currently www.uswhistleblower.org has articles posted about malfeasance in various Family Courts and Child Protection agencies, articles about the NFL cover-up about head injuries to players, and even about animal rights issues. Information about the new website can be found on the site, or by e-mailing email@example.com. Submissions will be considered as information is sent in confidence to firstname.lastname@example.org
Famous American whistleblowers highlighted on the site include Karen Silkwood, Jeff Wigand, Ida Tarbell, Frank Serpico and Daniel Ellsberg, each who made significant contributions to American society through their dramatic whistleblowing actions. Articles soon to be published include information about malfeasance in Maryland Family Courts; rape, sexual abuse and cover-up on college campuses; and about America’s unfortunate but highly profitable child industrial-warehousing complex.
The Foundation for the Child Victims of the Family Courts is a 501- C3 not-for-profit organization registered in New York. It is composed of an association of attorneys, clinical forensic legal advocates, family mediators, counselors, doctors and other professionals who are dedicated to directly assisting parties who have been harmed by the Family Court system, social service agencies and Child Protective Services across the country.
